Bastille is one of my favorite pop rock bands out there, mostly because they aren’t afraid to experiment and (usually) don’t end up sounding boring and generic. But this just isn’t one of those times. Dan Smith is such a talented songwriter but for every great song he crafts there are a two or three corny ones, and I guess that’s just the nature of his talent.

Another quality track, a little muddy but still great. Especially the “yeh yeh yeh” that sounds nice.

This song is yet another piece of art from the most consistent band of today.

I'm so beyond excited for their next album! This song is amazing - the lyrics are great, it's happy but with a hint of something more emotional, and it makes me want to run through a city at night lol. I do hope the net album isn't all super upbeat though because I love Bastille for their emotional songs about thought-provoking topics, but this song is a great start!
